Nicole Ball

Director of Operations

Originally from Austin, my family moved to the beautiful East Bay in 2022, which is when I also found my church home at ResOak. Before stepping into this role, I spent my career in tech doing business consulting and marketing. Now, as the Director of Operations, my heart is in supporting our church behind the scenes, in Finance, HR, Facilities, and general church operations so that our staff can focus on their ministry callings.

Outside of church, I love spending time with my husband, William, and our three boys. On any given weekend, you'll likely find me in the pool at swim practice, trying a new recipe, or—most often—on the sidelines of a baseball field cheering on my kids.
